Position Description:
1. The Job is focus on problem analysis of Post-GA products， including worldwide field problem， Manufacturing problem， Customer satisfaction issue.
2. Co-work with Development team to do design improvement /Manufacture Team to prevent similar problem in future products.
3. Overall join in development phase， Base on product OD/MRD do the risk assessment and tracking all risk items if required.
4. Co-work with Quality team on field support， manufacture support， service support
5. Involve product EC release & product EOL management
6. LL (Lessons Learned)
7. Design review
8. Join EPR/ MDRR
9. Tracking field issues cross different function team and drive issue fix
10. CO-work with internal team for process/ test case optimization.
1. Bachelor degree in Computer/EE fields.
2. 8 years’ experience in notebook/Phone validation area, 2+ years project management experience, familiar with product develop process and issue tracking work flow, good understanding of validation methodology.
3. Familiar with OS/Driver/FW and HW components.
4. Good quality and User experience sense, good communication skills.
5. Proficiency in written and spoken English. (CET-6)
